Subcision of Scars

Scar subcision with a cannula is a modern method for reducing scars such as acne scars or post-traumatic scars. The procedure involves gently cutting fibrous bands under the skin using a thin cannula, which releases the tensioned tissue and stimulates the skin’s natural regeneration. The result is smoothing, lifting of depressed scars, and improvement in skin texture.
